The main content of the Journal are scientific articles, scientific surveys, scientific reviews and ratings, as well as information on planned and held scientific events and its results.

The journal is included in the list of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals of Higher Attestation Commission of Russia, where it is recommended to publish the basic scientific results of the dissertation for the degree of doctor and candidate of sciences, in the version approved by the decision of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission dated 01 December 2015.

Scientific papers are published in Journal for FREE.

Papers published previously in other publications are NOT accepted for publication in Journal. It is forbidden to send the same article at the same time in different publications.

The editorial policy of the Journal

The editorial policy of the Journal follows the recommendations of the International Committee of Publication Ethics (COPE), which developed and approved Code of ethics of scientific publications.

Regulations of submission papers for publication in journal

The papers, which are suggested for publication in journal, should be prepared according the "Guidelines for content and formatting of the papers" and should be send via e-mail to Editorial Board (publication@mami.ru).

After receiving scientific paper for publication Editorial Board will acknowledge receipt. If you have not received the answer, please e-mail or call to Editorial Board.

Received articles that do not meet the above requirements will not be considered and will not be accepted for publication.

The procedure for review of manuscripts and making decision of publication in journal

All papers, which are submitted to the journal for publication, are send to an independent review by recognized experts in particular field, who have publications on topic of peer-reviewed article over the last three years.

The review is organized by the Editorial Board of the journal. It decides to publish the paper after review. Reviews are stored in publishing house of journal within 5 years.

The Editorial Board sends authors of papers the copies of reviews with comments and reasoned refusal to publish the material.

The Editorial Board sends a copy of reviews to Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation after the special request.
