The Moscow Poly conducts its educational activities on the basis of the government license and an accreditation certificate, granting it the right to issue higher education documents of the established form to the persons who successfully complete the training.

Admission of foreign citizens is conducted on the basis of the rules for admission on the budget payment basis and basing on an agreement on rendering payable educational services.

The procedure of admission of foreign students for studies at Moscow Poly is defined by “The rules of admission for 2019/2020 academic year” (Part II. Admission of foreign citizens and stateless persons — in Russian).

For admission to the programs of Bachelor, Specialist and Master foreign applicants are to submit to the Department of International Integration and Work with Foreign Students (building “N”, auditorium 315):

• A personal application (can be done with submission of documents);
• A notarized passport copy and a notarized translation of the passport into Russian;
• A notarized copy of an education document and a notarized translation of these documents and annexes to them into Russian;
• Proof of availability of the consular legalization and apostille on documents;
• A certificate of absence of HIV infection, issued not earlier than 3 months before the date of documents filing;
• A medical certificate 086-u;
• Nostrification (in the absence of international treaties between the countries on mutual recognition).

Students of the full-time form of education are provided with accommodation at a hostel.
