The Children’s Technopark of the Center for Engineering Development is an engineering-and-technology complex, on the basis of which the advanced technology-oriented courses are held as additional education for schoolchildren; it is a part of Moscow Polytechnic University; it was established with the support of the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship of the Moscow City.

Training directions:

  1. Automotive design and calculations
  2. Aerospace engineering
  3. Self-driven vehicles
  4. Transport design

Training is based on constructors “Aurora”, “EDUCAR”, “EDUDRON”, “EDUVEL” (My first car 2.0), learning sets, technologies for virtual reality. The learning process is provided with modern technology: high-performance laptops, professional graphic tablets, interactive boards, 3D printers, turning and milling machine-tools, etc.

Training at the Children’s technopark will allow to form basic engineering skills, which will be helpful for the further education at the university, help to gain an experience of teamwork in solving complex problems, learn being persistent, focused on the task, organized and tidy.

Age category: 14-17 years old.

Study period: from 1 to 2 semesters.

Opening hours: Monday-Friday from 10:00 to 20:00.
