The author of more than 25 scientific papers (co-authored), including 10 in the foreign press. Topics of the scientific papers: thermal processes in the metallization systems of semiconductor structures; analysis of degradation processes in semiconductor structures and metallization systems under an impulse current impact; magneto plastic effects, laser optical systems.                                                                                                                        

Graduated with honors from the Faculty of Engineering and Physics of the Ulyanovsk State University in specialty “Physics of Metals” (2008) and from the Institute of Economics and Business of the Ulyanovsk State University in specialty “Finance and Credit” (2012).

During the period of 2008-2012 studied at the full-time postgraduate course of the Ulyanovsk State University, defended thesis for a scientific degree of Ph.D. (Physics and Mathematics) in specialty 01.04.07 – “Solid State Physics”.

2007 – 2010 – Design Engineer at a Special Design Bureau in JSC “Ulyanovsk Mechanical Plant”.

2010 – 2014 – worked in the structures of the Foundation for Infrastructural and Educational programs of JSC “Rosnano” in positions of an Investment Analyst, Financial Manager, Financial Control Officer, Project Manager, Head of the Start-up Project Groups.

2015 – 2016 – Associate Professor, Head of Department “Automotive Electronics” at the Moscow State University of Mechanical Engineering (MAMI), Scientific Secretary at the Engineering and Design Institute of the Moscow State University of Mechanical Engineering (MAMI) (part-time).  Acted as an Advisor to Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
