Bogdan V. Ragulin — Director for Corporate Relations

Born on September 1, 1974 in Moscow.

At the end of education in the secondary school, studied at the School of a Young Journalist at the newspaper “Moskovskiy Komsomolets”, worked as a freelance correspondent at the newspapers “Moskovskiy Komsomolets” and “Komsomolskaya Pravda”.

In 1993 graduated from the Banking Vocational School No.185 and joined the Moscow Bank of the Sberbank of Russia, Division of Dealing, Department of Securities. During his work at the bank worked as a teacher at the training center for the employees of the Bank departments.

In 1998 graduated from the Moscow University of the Consumer Cooperation with a diploma with honors in the specialty “Finance and Credit”.

From 2001 to 2004 worked for a development company in a position of an adviser on project finance. One of the company’s projects got a professional award “Commercial RealEstate Awards” in the nomination “The best business center of B class”.

From 2004 to 2008 worked for a banking group, specializing in retail trade, in a position of Vice-President of the Group.

From 2008 to 2014 worked at the market of problematic assets restructuring and M&A.

In 2015 was an Operational Director at the newspaper “Sovershenno Sekretno”.

Since April 2016, worked for the “Investment Agency of Primorskiy Kray” in a position of Deputy Director. His responsibility zone was external communications. Took part in arranging and holding “The Youth Day” of the EEF 2017, the Forum of Young Entrepreneurs ROST 2017, the Days of the Far East in Moscow, The 1^st Russian-Japanese Food Forum in Vladivostok. Has a Gratitude Letter from Vice-Rector for Academic and Educational Affairs of FEFU for participation in training the prize-winners of the finals at the Intercollegiate Championship “Young Professionals (WorldSkills Russia)”.

In parallel, in 2017 graduated from the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo on the “Professional Re-training Program for the Teams, Managing Development Projects of Single-industry Towns”.

In 2018 trained at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations on the qualification improvement program “Corporate Governance”.

In 2018 defended the MBA diploma in specialty “Marketing, Management” at the Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS.

Since November 2018, works as Director for Corporate Relations at Moscow Polytechnic University.
