Higher education in specialty “Machinery and Aggregates for Chemical Production”, Ph.D. (Engineering), Deputy Chief Engineer at OJSC “GIPROCHIM” , Associate Professor at Department “Hardware Design and Automation of Technological Processes”, Associate Professor at the Center for Project Activities of Moscow Poly.

For more than 10 years I have been working as a university lecturer and as an employee of a leading design company of the Russian Federation. During my work at the company I often encountered the problem of recruiting qualified personnel, capable of solving the tasks on a quality level. Unfortunately, as the experience of recent years showed, a specialist, fresh after graduation, did not meet all today’s requirements of an employer. This indicated that the requirements to university graduates have changed and educational programs needed to be improved.

Therefore, I used the combination of working at a university and in a design institute and discussed the problems of higher education with colleagues from other organizations. We developed an absolutely new educational program, meeting the modern trends to a highest extent.

To teach the professional disciplines we invited high-skilled specialists, mostly from the practical field.

The educational program is built in such a way as to focus training of bachelors mainly on requirements of employers from various organizations and of the educational standard.

Cooperation of our Department with the leading enterprises of the industry will allow to help the students pass the practical course and to assist them with employment after graduation from the university.
