I am an expert in the area of additional vocational education.

For more than 5 years my work is focused on training and education of specialists in the financial intelligence in Russia, who carry out functions to counteract legalization of incomes (money laundering) and terrorism financing; Rostekhnadzor inspectors, conducting financial inspection in the sphere of industrial security. Since 2014 I have been implementing all the educational projects of the Federal Service for Labor and Employment aimed at training and professional level improvement of state labor inspectors, including those in the system of higher education.

The Master Course program “Supervising and Inspecting Activities in the Area of Labor” has been developed on the order of the Federal Service for Labor and Employment and is being implemented with its active participation. The program is aimed at training the state labor inspectors, in whom the Service experiences high HR shortage in many constituent entities of the Russian Federation, including Moscow and the Moscow region.

Training in this Master Course program will allow the Masters to expand scope of their professional activity significantly (the state service, departments for labor safety in organizations, providing services in labor protection), and, as well, will enable growth of potential for both their further personality and professional development.
