Mikhail V. Vartanov Educational program: “Machines and Technologies of Highly Efficient Manufaturing Processes” About Mikhail Vartanov developed an interest in assembly automation in his student years, during the production practice course. He saw at the plant of bearings how hard and monotonous the work of many workers was, and thought then that many performed operations could be automated. This became his scientific interest for a long time. Creation of machines’ systems is the basis for progress in industry. Russia has been developing actively industrial technologies, primarily in the field of mechanical engineering. Under these circumstances an engineer is one of professions in the highest demand as on today. Our task is to train high-skilled specialists in the area of preparation and production of machinery of the widest range. Having received the qualification in the field of technology for machine-building, a graduate will be in demand at production, in the industry science and at an engineering company. This specialty is the basic one for the machine-building. Currently the fourth industrial revolution is beginning in the world. Its basis is formed by a smart, intelligent equipment. It is common now to call “intelligent” the machines, which understand that working conditions have been changed, and thus their work has to be changed as well. This is the direction with which we deal in the area of robotized finishing treatment and precision assembly.
